Corrosion resistant temperature composite hose

The definition of composite hoses is also gradually generalized. The composite hoses produced by various manufacturers are diversified according to different needs.

Composite hoses are resistant to oil and gas in expensive, high temperature, flammable, explosive, corrosive and environmental polluting liquids. No matter it is corrosive sulfuric acid, nitric acid, flammable and explosive solvents, composite hoses have excellent performance.

The Composite Hose is a multi-layer sealing structure made of various materials. It has good resistance to cracking and leakage in the worst environment, and will not burst suddenly. It can easily handle the transmission of gasoline, diesel, crude oil, and a variety of chemical liquids, and can still maintain high flexibility even in cold weather.

Light weight, strong toughness, easy handling, soft tube, flexible use, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, aging resistance, no deformation, corrosion resistance, exposed inner spiral metal and special inner layer, with reliable static electricity dissipation performance.

Structure

  The hose body is composed of multi-layer functional polymer film and synthetic fiber fabric reinforcement layer, and the inner and outer two layers of spiral metal wires are firmly wound.

The general structure is as follows.

Internal spiral steel wire: usually stainless steel, galvanized steel, aluminum alloy, polypropylene  coated steel wire;

External spiral steel wire: basically stainless steel or galvanized steel;

Inner liner:  Polytiline Nylon PET and other functional films are selected according to the characteristics of the transported materials, and the hose has broad liquid sealing performance through proprietary technology compounding

Reinforcing layer and anti-aging outer layer: the reinforcing layer provides pressure bearing strength for the hose. The outer layer of the hose is a colored outer layer with wear resistance and aging resistance

classification

 With the rapid development of composite hoses in the commercial field, there are many types of composite hoses produced by manufacturers, which are roughly divided into seven categories

 1. Multi purpose oil resistant composite hose, which is widely used to transport fuel oil liquid gas, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, crude oil and other hydrocarbon products.

2. Multi purpose chemical delivery hose, which is widely used in places where corrosive chemical liquid and gas products are transported, has excellent chemical resistance.

3. Vehicle hose, which is specially used for tank cars, is soft and light, suitable for frequent bending and moving, and has a long service life design. It is an internationally used tank car hose.

4. The terminal ship loading and unloading hose, which is specially used for the terminal ship, is of reinforced structure, heavy load type, excellent chemical resistance, and will not crack when bending frequently.

5. Paint and coating delivery hose, which is specially used for paint and coating products, has solvent resistance, abrasion resistance and excellent oxidation resistance.

6. Low temperature resistant hose, which is used for low-temperature environment or transportation of low-temperature products, such as ethylene, LPG, LNG, propane, dry ice, etc.

7. High temperature hose, which is used in places where high-temperature products are transported, such as hot water and hot oil.
