New vulcanization process for high-pressure hoses

For safety and convenient operation and many other issues, the vulcanization method of rubber hoses is mostly vulcanized by vulcanization. , the vulcanization temperature is generally 145~153 degrees Celsius.
According to the different pressurization methods of the hose, it can be divided into bare vulcanization, water-cloth vulcanization and water vulcanization.
Bare Vulcanization
Weaving, winding, knitting rubber hoses with small inner diameters, and knitting rubber hoses and coreless cloth-covered hoses are mostly bare vulcanization. This method is simple in process, low in labor intensity and high in production efficiency. It is difficult to control, and it is easy to produce quality problems such as air bubbles, delamination, and deformation. The operation process is to seal the two ends of the tube blank covered with the outer rubber to avoid delamination caused by steam rushing in during vulcanization.
Bandaging water cloth vulcanization
Generally suitable for the hard core method of forming the hose, wrap the water cloth tube blank on the three-roll forming machine or the water cloth wrapping machine, lay it flat on the vulcanization frame, and use a soft pillow as a backing (to prevent the Rubber Tube from pressing during the vulcanization process). ), and then sent to the vulcanization tank for vulcanization. For the hose with special structure and thick wall, in addition to the water-wrapped cloth, it is also necessary to use a rope or wire to pressurize it.
water vulcanization
It is generally suitable for coreless cloth sandwiched hose. The method is to seal the ends of the tube blank covered with the outer rubber, place it straight in the water tank, and pour cold water one by one, so that the tube body is completely submerged in the water. In order to maintain the balance of internal and external pressure, it is then sent to the vulcanization tank for vulcanization. Because this method needs to heat the water in the water tank into superheated water (generally the steam pressure is 0.4~0.5MPa), the vulcanization time is long and takes 2~3h. The production efficiency of this method of vulcanization is lower than that of bare vulcanization, but the quality of the hose is relatively stable.
