1. Product structure:

High pressure steel wire braided hose structure is composed of liquid resistant synthetic rubber inner rubber layer, Mesoglea, I or II or III steel wire braided reinforcement layer, and weather resistant synthetic rubber outer rubber layer.

2. Product Usage:

Steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hoses are mainly used for hydraulic supports in mines and oil field exploitation. They are suitable for conveying petroleum based liquids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) with certain pressure and temperature in engineering construction, lifting and transportation, metallurgical forging and pressing, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and various industrial departments' mechanized and automated hydraulic systems Water based liquid (such as emulsion, oil-water Emulsion, water), gas, etc. and liquid transmission equipment.

3. Working temperature:

Oil: -40 ℃ -+100 ℃, air: -30 ℃ -+50 ℃, water lotion: below+80 ℃. If the temperature is higher than 80 ℃, please use our products.

4. Product features:

1. The Rubber Hose is made of special synthetic rubber, which has excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance.

2. The rubber hose has high pressure bearing capacity and superior pulse performance.

3. The pipe body is tightly bonded, soft to use, and has little deformation under pressure.

4. The rubber hose has excellent resistance to bending and fatigue.

5. The length of steel wire braided hose is large, φ A fixed length of over 32 is 20 meters, φ Below 25, it can reach up to ten meters or even more.

This standard is not suitable for Castor oil based and fat based liquids.


6. Precautions:


1. The bending radius should not be less than the given bending radius to prevent damage to the Rubber Tube skeleton or premature damage due to excessive stretching.


2. According to the usage conditions, choose the correct type and specification of the rubber hose, and do not misuse or substitute it.


When using the rubber hose, the pressure should be evenly and slowly adjusted to avoid sudden pressure increase and damage to the pipe body.


When the workplace changes, it should be moved off the ground and not dragged to avoid scratching the outer glue and corroding the skeleton layer.


5. When transporting corrosive liquids, the interior should be cleaned after use to prevent residues from corroding the pipe body for a long time, or corresponding series of products should be selected.
