Metal compensator for gas pipeline

1 The metal corrugated compensator is a kind of compensator. The metal corrugated compensator is made of austenitic stainless steel or materials required by users. It has excellent flexibility, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance (- 235 ℃~+450 ℃) and high pressure resistance (up to 32MPa). It can be connected in any direction in the pipeline to compensate temperature, absorb vibration, reduce noise, change the direction of medium delivery To eliminate mechanical displacement between pipes or between pipes and equipment, double flange metal corrugated hose is particularly suitable for flexible joints of various pumps, valves, etc. with displacement and vibration.

2  The metal corrugated compensator is made of different metal materials due to its different uses. Due to their different materials, the properties and uses of the metal corrugated pipes processed are also different.

There are two kinds of bellows used by metal corrugated compensator, one is spiral corrugated pipe, the other is annular corrugated compensator

4  Spiral metal corrugated compensator

5  The spiral metal corrugated pipe is a tubular shell with spirally arranged ripples. There is a helix angle between two adjacent ripples, and all the ripples can be connected by a helix.

6  The annular metal corrugated compensator is a tubular shell with closed circular corrugations. The waves are connected in series by circular corrugations. The annular corrugated pipe is formed by processing seamless pipe or welded pipe. Due to the processing method, the length of a single pipe is usually shorter than that of a spiral corrugated pipe. The advantages of annular bellows are good elasticity and small stiffness.

7  As a flexible pressure resistant pipe fitting, the metal corrugated compensator is installed in the liquid transportation system to compensate the mutual displacement of the connecting ends of pipes or machines and equipment, absorb vibration energy, and play a role in vibration reduction and noise reduction. It has many characteristics, such as good flexibility, light weight, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, high and low temperature resistance.

Tin bronze

The corrugated pipe QSn6.5 ～ 0.1 X - 60 ℃ ～+100 ℃ has good elasticity, strength and corrosion resistance, small hysteresis and elastic aftereffect, good solderability, and is widely used as a measuring element.

Beryllium bronze

Corrugated pipe QBe2P - 60 ℃~+150 ℃ has very small hysteresis and elastic aftereffect, and high elastic stability, corrosion resistance and non-magnetic. It is mainly used in high-precision measuring instruments.

stainless steel

Corrugated pipe 1Cr18Ni9Ti G-194 ℃～+400 ℃ has high bending fatigue strength and corrosion resistance, and good welding performance. It can be used as measuring, sealing, connecting and compensating element in corrosive medium.
