The metal hose is the main pressure bearing part of the hose installed in the pressure pipeline, and also serves as a sheath for the corrugated pipe. According to the pressure in the pipeline and the application site, one or more layers of stainless steel wire or steel tape can be selected for weaving

5  As the main parts of the hose are made of austenitic stainless steel, the excellent temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the hose are guaranteed. The working temperature range of the hose is extremely wide, - 196-600 ℃. The applicable stainless steel brand number of the hose is selected according to the corrosivity of the medium through which the pipe passes, which can ensure the corrosion resistance of the hose.

6   The overall metal hose is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, with strong corrosion resistance.

 The hose body is a thin-walled stainless steel tube formed by hydraulic pressure, which has strong flexibility, scalability, bending and vibration resistance, and the protection of woven mesh sleeve is strengthened, so that it has a higher pressure bearing capacity

7   The connection at both ends of the hose can also be made into other connection methods besides the thread and flange standards, which is convenient for connection and use.

8  This product is not only suitable for matching with rotary joints, but also widely used for flexible connection of various fluid medium transportation.
